Information

This will be my winter project. I purchased it with the money I got from selling the trike. It is a 1960's 650cc triumph pre-unit engine with what looks like a BSA gearbox. From what the previous owner said it was built between 15 and 20 years ago with new parts like frame and forks but has sat in a container and thus rotted to this sorry state. The frame is nice and looks to be Tig welded. the chrome has gone on the forks and they will either need replacing or re-chroming. The oil tank needs replacing or removing from the nasty battery box. all oil lines need replacing with solid stuff... ahh it needs stripping and starting again with the frame and engine really. Im hoping for a classic 70's style chop to emerge at the end of the day with not a hint of orange county shoppers (blerg) in it!
